SplitSite allows the two physical servers within the everRun FT environment to be geographically separated to alleviate the risk of downtime due to complete site outages. With this integrated protection, availability remains continuous even if one entire site goes down.

Marathon's patented SplitSite option enables everRun HA to protect against complete site failure. This approach separates the active and standby servers by as many as 100 miles to alleviate the risks of site outage. In the event of failure, the virtual Windows server automatically migrates to the standby server at the remote location. This integrated approach is transparent to users and delivers uninterrupted availability even if the entire site fails.
